Delivery Policy

Despatch dates/times
Orders are despatched daily Monday to Friday. Orders received before 3:00pm are despatched same day. Orders received after 3:00pm will be despatched the following working day.

Delivery locations
Orders are despatched to all UK destinations and the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery method and costs
All orders will be despatched via UPS or Palletline at no additional cost to mainland UK. Orders for delivery outside the UK mainland delivery areas (eg Highlands and Islands) will be charged at £XX.XX.

Deliveries outside the UK
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will be sent by XXXXXX and charged at £XX.XX per order.

Tracking deliveries
Deliveries sent by UPS can be tracked via their website (CLICK HERE). Your tracking number will be included in your despatch confirmation email. If you have mislaid or not received this tracking number contact Emelux by calling +44 (0)1403 786324 or emailing sales@emelux.co.uk for your tracking number.

Goods damaged in transit
Goods which you suspect may have been damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately by calling +44 (0)1403 786324 and confirmed in writing within 48 hours by email to sales@emelux.co.uk or in writing to Parbrook House, Gillmans Industrial Estate, Natts Lane, Billingshurst, West Sussex RH14 9EZ. Recycling packaging material
Goods are despatched in mixed materials including cardboard paper and plastic. These can either be recycled or disposed of at your local waste recycling centre.
